Bought a car from this dealership. We met Lonnell Bond when we arrived and liked him so much we asked him to continue helping us, which he was kind enough to do. Personable, sweet guy, a real gent. Good price on our trade-in and the car we purchased. Tim and Bianca handled most of the admin after that and were both pleasant, knowledgeable, straightforward and customer-focused. I know people are afraid of being taken advantage of when buying a car. I felt it was a fair operation and that they even went out of their way for us. Because the used car was missing an emergency maintenance tool that is standard to the car, they ordered that part and had it shipped to our house. They take care of title, registration, plates. Tim warned me it might take a while to get plates from DC DMV, which it seems he predicted correctly. Tim sent a driver on a Saturday morning with the plates so we wouldn't be parked on the street with expired temp tags. I would definitely consider DARCARS for another purchase.
