He listened to what we wanted, let us take the car out multiple times, (even said we could take it home for the night) worked with us on finding the right car, and even brought in a car from a different dealership. After we left the dealership that first day to think over our options, he did not call or text incessantly trying to get us to buy a car. When it came to negotiating pricing, he was fair and honest and willing to meet us where we needed to be as far as down and monthly payment amounts. There was no back and forth haggling. He was straightforward with us at all times. This was vastly different from our experience at other dealerships when we were told repeatedly that their bottom line price was “— “ but then continued to negotiate different prices and options with me. Jon was professional and genuine. When we finally reached an agreement, closing the deal in the financing office was quick and easy.
